ONSITE PROCESS ANALYSIS

The first step is to meet and discuss your expectations, learn more about your process as well as any current Lean Systems in place. After an overhead view is established, a detailed walk through is done and may be done more than once. Your process is then evaluated from an outside perspective and compared to many other experiences and similar productions. A customized plan utilizing Lean tools that can increase productivity, profits, safety, and overall factory effectiveness will be discussed.
